Introducing new reporting options based on gathered data
Table view improvements
We have made some significant improvements to how you can access your data via the Table. We have added new data points to our general report such as the corporate tax return and corporate tax consolidation information. Additionally, two new reports have been introduced: Corporate Tax Payments and Indirect Tax.
The Corporate Tax Payments report allows you to view forecasted amounts and track payments, including payment due dates. The Indirect Tax report provides an overview of all your indirect tax registrations, as well as the VAT return, VAT figures, and VAT group information.
You can easily apply various filters, and export all reports to Excel.
Multiple approvers
This improvement provides an easy and efficient way for users to request approval for workflow tasks, streamlining the approval process for your organization and increasing tax governance.
Key features of the improvement includes:
Request approval: Easily request approval for tasks, including all relevant information and attachments, to ensure a smooth and efficient approval process. You can forward the approval to another colleague as well if multiple approvals are required.
Approval history in the task audit log: A simple and intuitive timeline that allows you to track the status of the approval requests, ensuring that you are always up to date on the status of the requests and its approval history.
Notifications: Receive notifications when a request is approved or denied, so you can take action quickly.

CTX payments
This new feature, located on the corporate tax tab, allows you to keep track of all your corporate tax payments with ease. You will be able to track different payment types such as prepayments, final assessment payment and adjustments. Furthermore, you will be able to capture the forecast and actual amounts, the payment due date and payment date. In addition to tracking amounts, payment due dates, and payment dates, you can also upload any supporting documents to make sure that all relevant information is stored in one central place for easy access.
Track extensions for corporate tax filing due dates
You can now track extensions for corporate tax filing due dates, with the new due date automatically selected when creating a new corporate tax workflow. Additionally, users can attach a reason for the extension, which will be displayed across the platform.
Hiding and showing data in the platform based on your needs
This release introduces the ability to show or hide certain datapoints and document types in the platform based on an organization's needs, allowing for a more tailored experience and easier use of the platform. Contact our customer success team to get your platform personalised to your needs.
