The Calendar feature in Loctax is your personalised tax calendar and is a great place to visit each day to assess your jobs to be done. No longer do you need to remember or keep notes of key dates and milestones - simply leverage the calendar in Loctax. For managers there is even the option to view all tasks due in a given period - giving you a simple oversight for resource and capacity planning purposes.

It is accessible using the button on the navigation pane on the left side and helps you quickly assess your tasks due, including due dates for Corporate tax, Indirect tax and Transfer pricing.

The calendar view is customisable using the selectors and filters - shown to the left. Here you can choose from the following options:

  • My tasks: this view shows you the tasks assigned to you and that are due in the period shown in the calendar.

  • All tasks: this view shows all tasks due within the period shown in the calendar.

  • Corporate tax (CTX): toggling this on/off will show/remove the CTX filing due dates for the time period shown in the calendar.

  • Indirect tax (IDT): toggling this on/off will show/remove the IDT filing due dates for the time period shown in the calendar.

  • Transfer pricing (TP): toggling this on/off will show/remove key TP dates for the time period shown in the calendar. Examples include the local file due date plus expiry dates for benchmarking studies, inter-company agreements and advisor memos.

  • Entities: this selector allows you easily customise your calendar to only show the tasks and due dates for particular entities or regions. By default 'all entities' will be shown.

You can also change the calendar view to a day/week/month view by clicking the selectors in the top right corner.
