We know that tax professionals may be working on a number of projects at any one time. Keeping track of the progress and documentation of a project at the same time as working on compliance activity or 'the day job' can be challenging.

Loctax's Projects app allows you to centralise your projects in one, easy to use repository providing simple collaborative potential and information retrieval. Projects that have reached a conclusion can simply be marked as 'closed' but remain in Loctax should you need them for audit purposes or future reference.

See below how to get started with Loctax Projects.

1: Click 'new project'.

2: Adding key project information & inviting collaborators.

3: Updating an existing project and capturing documents.

4: Creating and assigning tasks within a project.

๐Ÿ’ก Pro tip: an overview of all tasks created within the project and their status can be found by clicking on the 'Tasks' tab. Example below:

5: Updating the status of a project.
